Hourglass Complete Face Brush Set - 4 Brushes

Four Hourglass brushes that between them cover base, powder, bronzer, blush and highlighter. Held in our Ontario studio and shipped free across Canada.

What is in the set

• Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Brush - a flat-topped head built for full-coverage and stick foundation, pressed into the skin rather than dragged across it.
• Ambient Soft Glow Foundation Brush - angled and densely packed, for liquid and cream bases and for working around the nose and jaw.
• Ambient Lighting Edit Brush - Double Ended - a rounded end for powder and bronzer, a tapered end for blush and highlighter.
• No. 15 Blush Brush - a soft, angled head that lays colour along the cheekbone and blends it out in the same pass.

Why four rather than one at a time

Most collections end up as three brushes doing the same job and nothing to soften an edge. This set is built the other way round: each piece has a different job, so you are not guessing which one you are missing. Between the four of them there is a brush for every step of a complexion routine.

The bristles

High-grade, PETA-approved Taklon on every head. Ultrasoft, fully vegan, and a good alternative if animal hair irritates your skin. The handles are weighted metal, which is what gives you control at the tip.

How to use them

Base first - Vanish for full coverage and stick formulas, Soft Glow for liquid and cream. Then the rounded Edit head to set with powder and lay bronzer into the temples and the hollows of the cheeks. No. 15 for blush along the cheekbone, and the tapered Edit end for highlighter. Start light and build.

Caring for them

Wash with a gentle soap in lukewarm water, reshape each head with your fingers, and dry flat with the bristles hanging over the edge of a counter. Never stand a wet brush upright - water runs into the ferrule and loosens the glue.
