Shipping

Where do you ship from?

London, Ontario. We hold our own stock, so orders are packed here and go out on a Canadian courier.

How long will my order take?

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same or next business day. Most Canadian addresses receive their order within two to three business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order within Canada. There is no minimum to reach.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. We email you a prepaid return label.

When will I get my refund?

Within 10 business days of your return reaching us, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Can I exchange instead?

Yes. Email us and we will arrange it.

Products

Are your products authentic?

Everything we sell arrives in its original sealed packaging, and we only list what we physically hold in our Ontario studio. If you have a question about a specific item, email us before you order.

How often should I wash my brushes?

Weekly for anything used with liquid or cream formulas. Powder brushes can go two to three weeks.

How do I clean a brush without ruining it?

Lukewarm water and a gentle soap, always with the bristles pointing down so water never reaches the glue inside the ferrule. Reshape the head while it is damp and dry it flat, bristles hanging over the edge of a surface.

Orders and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Every price on the site is in CAD.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within two hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once a parcel has shipped it has to go through the returns process instead.
