Shipping policy

We hold our stock in London, Ontario and pack every order ourselves. Nothing ships from overseas.

Where we ship. We currently ship within Canada only.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order within Canada. There is no minimum order value to reach.

Processing time. Orders placed before 2pm ET are packed the same business day. Orders placed later go out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or Canadian public holidays.

Delivery times. Most Canadian addresses receive their order within 3 to 5 business days. Remote and northern communities can take 5 to 7 business days.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves us. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Addresses. Please check your address at checkout. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot redirect it, and we cannot replace an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged parcels. Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or a refund.
