Hourglass Base & Cheek Duo - Vanish Foundation + No. 15 Blush Brush

What is in the bundle

• Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Brush - a flat-topped head built for full-coverage and stick foundation, pressed into the skin rather than dragged across it.
• No. 15 Blush Brush - a soft, angled head that lays colour along the cheekbone and blends it out in the same pass.

Why these two together

A full-coverage base can flatten a face, and blush is what puts the shape back into it. These two are the shortest route from bare skin to looking finished: one lays the base down, the other brings the colour back to the cheek. On a rushed morning they are often the only two brushes you reach for.

The bristles

High-grade, PETA-approved Taklon on both heads. Ultrasoft, fully vegan, and a good alternative if animal hair irritates your skin. The handles are weighted metal, which is what gives you control at the tip.

How to use them

Vanish first: a small amount of foundation, pressed and buffed in small circles from the centre of the face outwards. The flat top gives you coverage without streaks, and it handles stick and cream formulas as well as liquid. Then No. 15 along the top of the cheekbone - the angle places the colour and blends it in one pass. Start light and build.

Caring for them

Wash with a gentle soap in lukewarm water, reshape each head with your fingers, and dry flat with the bristles hanging over the edge of a counter. Never stand a wet brush upright - water runs into the ferrule and loosens the glue.
